Eye Consultants of Texas founder to serve distinguished leadership post

We’re proud to announce that Phillips Kirk Labor, MD has been nominated by the U.S. Section of the International College of Surgeons (USICS) to serve as Vice President. Dr. Labor is one of 15 surgeons in the U.S. to receive this distinguished honor and will serve throughout 2013.
