Tom Annunziato, OD
For the past 25 years, Dr. Annunziato has owned private practices in both Fort Worth and Weatherford, Texas. He has been a licensed Optometrist since 1977 and offers a wide range of specialties. These include adult vision and contact lens evaluation management, Ocular Therapeutics for treatment and management of the eye, Glaucoma, and pre-operative and post-operative evaluation and management of Cataract and lens implant surgery, as well as LASIK surgery.
Gregory Kloesel, OD
Dr. Kloesel is a board certified Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist located in Southlake. In private practice since 1992, he graduated magna cum laude from the University of Houston College of Optometry. Among his numerous other recognitions, Dr. Kloesel was included in Who's Who in Medicine and Healthcare.
Mark S. Zebrowski, OD
Dr. Zebrowski received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry. He is a licensed Glaucoma Specialist who administers primary care, cataract surgery post-operative care and extensive co-management of LASIK surgeries.
Fariba Eshraghi Parmer, OD
With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Parmer is in private practice in Colleyville with a primary specialty in the management of difficult to fit contact lenses. After receiving her Doctor of Optometry degree, Dr. Parmer completed a Post-Doctorate Research Fellowship at Johns Hopkins University, as well as clinical research in Macular Degeneration and contact lens contrast sensitivity.
